Juni 2025 erlie\u00df die Steuerbeh\u00f6rde des indischen Finanzministeriums die Mitteilung Nr. 14\/2025 Zoll (ADD), in der sie die positive endg\u00fcltige Antidumpingentscheidung des indischen Handels- und Industrieministeriums zu Vitamin-A-Palmitat mit Ursprung in oder Import aus China, der Schweiz und der Europ\u00e4ischen Union vom 10. M\u00e4rz 2025 akzeptierte und beschloss, f\u00fcr einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren Antidumpingz\u00f6lle auf die betroffenen Produkte in China, der Schweiz und der Europ\u00e4ischen Union wie folgt zu erheben: F\u00fcr Shangyu NHU Bio Chem Co., Ltd., einen in den Fall verwickelten chinesischen Hersteller, betragen diese 1 TP4T14,95\/kg, f\u00fcr andere chinesische Hersteller 1 TP4T20,87\/kg und f\u00fcr DSM Nutritional Products Limited, einen Schweizer Hersteller, 1 TP4T0,87\/kg. 7 USD\/kg, f\u00fcr andere Schweizer Hersteller 8,2 USD\/kg und f\u00fcr EU-Hersteller 11,09 USD\/kg. Dieser Fall betrifft Produkte unter den indischen Zollcodes 29362100, 29362290, 29362800, 29369000, 29362690 und 29362990. Die Ma\u00dfnahmen treten mit dem Datum der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung dieser Bekanntmachung im Amtsblatt in Kraft.<br>Am 28.
