M\u00e4rz 2025 erreichte ACS Dobbar in einer Partnerschaft mit Leawell International Limited einen wichtigen Meilenstein, als das Drug Master File (DMF) seines (sterilen) Cefradin-Rohmaterials vom China Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) akzeptiert wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Januar 2020 erwarb ACS Dobfar die Antibiotikafabrik der GlaxoSmithKline Manufacturing AG im italienischen Verona sowie einige Produktrechte. Diese Fabrik wurde 1932 gegr\u00fcndet und war ein Pionier in der Cephalosporin-Produktion. Sie produzierte Originalprodukte wie Cefradin zur Injektion, Cefazolin-Natrium zur Injektion, Cefuroxim-Natrium zur Injektion, Cefonixim-Natrium zur Injektion und Cefotaxim zur Injektion. Cefuroxim-Natrium zur Injektion und Cefotaxim zur Injektion sind nach wie vor die Flaggschiffprodukte dieses Produktportfolios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACS Dobfar hat die Produktion von Cefradine (steril) erfolgreich modernisiert und kommerzialisiert. Im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit mit Leawell International Limited treibt das Unternehmen derzeit aktiv die internationale Registrierung, Lizenzierung und Markteinf\u00fchrung dieses Produkts voran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit seiner Tradition innovativer Technologie ist ACS Dobfar ein f\u00fchrender Zulassungsinhaber und Hersteller von Cephalosporin-Pr\u00e4paraten und pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen (API) im Original- und Referenzpr\u00e4parat-Bereich.
