April gab Glanbia Nutritionals eine Vereinbarung mit den Aktion\u00e4ren und verbundenen Unternehmen der Aroma Holding (Eigent\u00fcmer von Flavor Producers) bekannt, das Unternehmen f\u00fcr einen anf\u00e4nglichen Kaufpreis von 143 Milliarden TP1T zuz\u00fcglich einer aufgeschobenen Zahlung zu \u00fcbernehmen. Diese \u00dcbernahme kann Glambias Better Nutrition-Plattform erheblich dabei unterst\u00fctzen, innovative und geschmackvolle Produkte einzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flavor Producers ist ein Unternehmen, das Gew\u00fcrze und Extrakte f\u00fcr die Lebensmittel- und Getr\u00e4nkeindustrie anbietet und sich auf biologische und nat\u00fcrliche Zutaten konzentriert. Das Unternehmen erweitert Glanbias Nutritional Solutions (NS) und er\u00f6ffnet damit neue M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr den attraktiven und wachsenden Markt f\u00fcr nat\u00fcrliche und biologische Gew\u00fcrze und entspricht den langfristigen Konsumtrends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hugh McGuire, CEO von Glenbia, erkl\u00e4rte: \u201eDiese \u00dcbernahme baut auf unseren bestehenden Gew\u00fcrzkompetenzen auf und erm\u00f6glicht es uns, langfristige Wachstumschancen im Bio- und Naturgew\u00fcrzsektor effektiv zu nutzen.\u201c Der anf\u00e4ngliche Kaufpreis f\u00fcr diese Transaktion betr\u00e4gt 143 Milliarden TP2, zuz\u00fcglich einer zus\u00e4tzlichen aufgeschobenen Zahlung von bis zu 145 Milliarden TP2, vorbehaltlich der Erf\u00fcllung des Vertrags im Jahr 2024.
